Finca Bellavista is not a fancy hotel or a 5-star resort, but rather an off-grid vacation rental community.

Availability & Booking: Check availability for all treehouse and cabin rentals and book your stay directly through the below calendar. You can enter specific dates and/or view availability for select rentals. This is a secure system that allows you to pay with a credit card through PayPal. No PayPal account is needed.
Accommodations: Each rental is privately owned, therefore amenities, occupancies, hiking distances to/from base camp, and overall design vary greatly from house to house. Descriptions of amenities, occupancies, photos, and additional information on each individual treehouse can be found on the Treehouses page, and in the calendar below.
Policies: All reservations are subject to Finca Bellavista’s Reservations and Cancellation Policies.
Restrictions: 2-night minimum for all rentals. No Sunday check-ins.
Long term rentals: We are more than happy to welcome long-term renters to Finca Bellavista! Enjoy a 20% discount on weekly rentals (7+ nights) and a 40% discount on monthly rentals (30+ nights) on select tree-houses and cabins. Long term discounts cannot be retroactively applied to any reservation and must be redeemed at the time of booking. Cannot be combined with any other promo/discount.
Access: Finca Bellavista is a pedestrian neighborhood – be prepared to hike! A 4×4 vehicle is required for last 3km to Finca Bellavista.
